The stainless steel 904L needle valve is made of low carbon, high alloy austenitic stainless steel. It includes 19-23% chromium, 23-28% nickel, 4-5% molybdenum and 2% copper. Provides excellent corrosion resistance in acidic environments and excellent chloride stress resistance to corrosion cracking. Its mechanical properties include 490 MPa tensile strength, 220 MPa yield strength and 35% elongation. Benefits include exceptional resistance to sulfuric and phosphoric acids, making it ideal for chemical applications and seawater applications
